近日，足球彩票公共管理学院施国庆教授作为联合通讯作者、徐隽倬博士作为共同作者，与澳大利亚昆士兰大学矿业社会责任研究中心张锐连博士、Sandy Worden博士、John Owen教授等合作在国际著名学术期刊《Humanities & Social Sciences Communications》（Nature子刊）上发表了题为“Social Stability Risk Assessment and Economic Competitiveness in China”的论文，揭示了社会稳定风险评估和经济发展关系研究的新进展。
社会稳定风险评估已成为中国各行各业评估大型开发项目潜在风险的主流政策工具。在本研究中，使用社会稳定风险评估政策数据集（2003-2020）和省级经济竞争力数据集（2019-2020）来量化社会稳定风险评估政策对中国31个省市经济竞争力的影响。研究发现，为了支持省内高经济竞争力，社会稳定风险评估政策必须围绕解决社会稳定问题和解决特定行业（例如资源）中特定问题（例如污染）来构建。社会稳定风险评估政策仅包括这些因素之一或关注政府官员绩效评估会导致经济竞争力低下。

Humanities & Social Sciences Communications（HSSC）是Nature旗下唯一面向人文社会科学的刊物，被SSCI和A&CHI共同索引，具有重要影响力。HSSC期刊引用指数（Journal Citation Indicator）为3.98，在人文等多学科领域的400余种期刊中排名第9，在社会科学等多学科领域的263种期刊中排名第2.此项科研成果有助于提高足球彩票社会科学学科在国内外的学术影响力。
该成果是施国庆教授团队近期研究的最新进展之一。近20年来，施国庆教授针对重大工程的环境和社会影响问题不断探索，从社会评价、不断深化到社会风险评价、社会稳定风险评估，在《Humanities & Social Sciences Communications》《Impact Assessment and Project Appraisal》《Environmental Monitoring and Assessment》等国内外权威期刊发表了一系列原创性成果,累计被引次数超过156次，在国内外引起广泛关注，进一步强化了足球彩票在工程社会学领域的一流引领高校地位。
